This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

Rubyblue Design reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.  

Stationery orders

Cancelling an order
Should you decide to cancel an order once design work has been undertaken and design proofs exchanged, a 50% refund will be issued if full payment has been made. You will lose your 50% deposit.

Proof approval
Design proofs are sent via email, using the wording and layout agreed in your order. You are responsible for checking layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with typos or errors and printed, Rubyblue Design takes no responsibility. If replacements are required, they will be charged for in full.

Design proofing takes time and is taken into account of our pricing, we provide 2 free rounds of proof revisions before a charge of £10 per proof is incurred.

Computer monitors vary, the ink colours used in pdf proofs of your stationery may appear differently in person, once they have been letterpress or digitally printed. Seeing our work in person is the best way to ensure the colour you see on our website is the colour you would like to use for our stationery.

Please note: Colours can vary slightly between prints on a letterpress run, they may look a little different in shade and depth, unfortunately this cannot be avoided. Colours will also look different letterpress printed than when printed digitally. Your home printer will not provide an accurate representation of colour.


Once we have received your order information and payment in full, we aim to get your design proofs to you within five working days and your stationery printed, crafted, packaged and posted as soon as possible. This all depends on how busy we are but you will always get your stationery by the despatch date you chose on your booking form.
Please note: Allow at least 4 weeks for your order to be processed and despatched, we regret we can not always take orders at short notice.

Wedding Stationery will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, packages will always require a signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. 

Return policy

You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

Personal information

All personal information you provide us with will be handled by Rubyblue Design. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment and to provide offers and information to you. The information you provide is only available to Rubyblue Design and will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Rubyblue Design to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the Rubyblue Design Conditions, you agree to the above.

Rubyblue Design has tried to ensure that information provided through this website is accurate, however it accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or errors in the site through technical or other reasons.
